We have access to warehouse receiving in China for agreed orders. Tell us if you need photos, quantity checks or other handling so availability and fees can be confirmed first.
Consolidated shipping
Ask about combining purchases for international shipment. Packing, parcel size, destination and route availability determine what can be combined and quoted.

Purchasing starts only after the quote and payment arrangements are agreed. An enquiry by itself is not an order.

Receive and prepare
Agreed purchases arrive at the receiving warehouse. Any agreed checks and packing arrangements are handled before shipment is organized.

Confirm international shipping
Review the available shipping option and final parcel-based charge before dispatch. Timing depends on the seller, receiving process and shipping route.

- Quoted for the parcel, route and destination; final cost may depend on packed weight and dimensions.
- Other applicable charges
- Payment or currency-conversion charges, optional insurance and destination import charges may apply. Ask us to clarify what is included or excluded in your quote.
Agree the details early
Checks, samples & packing
Tell us before purchase if you need a sample, photographs, a quantity check, specific packaging or help with an original branded design. We will confirm what can be arranged and how it is charged.
A photo or basic receiving check is not a laboratory test, authentication service or guarantee of hidden product quality. Specialist inspection requirements need a separate discussion before we accept them.
We do not promise free storage, a fixed dispatch time or that every item can travel by every route. Restrictions and handling needs are checked for the actual request.
China buying questions
Can you combine purchases from different sellers?
We can review a consolidation request. Share all seller links and expected arrivals first; compatibility, parcel limits, packing and destination determine the final arrangement.
Do I need to be a business?
You can enquire as an individual collector, retailer or small brand. Minimum quantities, if any, depend on the seller and the work involved, and will be confirmed in the quote.
Is there a fixed service percentage?
Fees are quoted for the agreed scope. Product costs, our service fee and shipping or handling charges are identified separately so you can review them before purchase.
Can I cancel or return a purchase?
Ask us to confirm the seller’s return options and any incurred costs before approving a purchase. Available options depend on the seller, item and order stage; we do not promise a universal return or refund arrangement.
Can you source character merchandise?
We do not source counterfeit or unauthorized character merchandise. Original designs or licensed goods can be discussed, with relevant authorization information where needed. We review whether a request is within our service scope before accepting it.
How much will international shipping cost?
Send the item links, quantities and destination country for an initial discussion. A final shipping charge may require packed weight and dimensions. The quote will explain what is included and what remains to be confirmed.
